Blimey, doesn’t time fly. No sooner have you whacked up the playlist from one show than you find you’ve two others to catch up on.
For the show on 2 November, Laura Rawlings from The BCB Sessions bobbed in for a chat and reignited the flame of our occasional feature Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed & Something Blues. I’m very glad to say that the ever-dependable Laura took to the task with appropriate gusto, and linked her selection of tracks to match the categories with magnificent tenuocitude. Bat For Lashes’ What’s A Girl To Do for the “Old” link was a particular favourite, as it is from the album Fur & Gold.
